The Boutique hotel comes with a restaurant of the same name downstairs to accommodate not just their in-house guests but also tourists and travelers visiting the island. Since Geni, Yorgos and Nikos (the other partners) are part Greek, authentic Greek cuisine is served in the restaurant that can seat 40 inside and accommodate 50 outside.

Many of Grecian dishes reflect its 1800 years of history, particularly the delicious mezes, or starters, a few of which make a good alternative to a main course. These include Lamb Keftedes (lamb meatballs in tomato pomodoro sauce), Kalamarakia (fried squid served with tzatziki) Melitzanes Tiganites and Tzatziki (slices of fried fried eggplant in beer-ouzo batter deep fried and served with tzatziki), Tzatzik is yogurt, cucumber and garlic dip and of course Melitzanosalata (smoked eggplant dip). For salads, my food expert host, Aileen, recommended the house favorite, Mati Salad (Argula and romaine lettuce served with balsami vinaigrette, topped with parmesan shavings, walnuts and sun dried tomatoes).
